Random facts about Ale heavy Hand

Well, since she always does the talking, I figured I would chime in this time and tell you a few things about her.
1. She is completely housetrained
2. She takes treats from your hand so gently
3. She almost always sleeps on her back
4. Her favorite toy is a cow hoove
5. She loves to go on walks
6. She has the most beautiful eyeliner I have ever seen on a hound
7. Her favorite kong stuffing is peanut butter
8. She really loves children
9. I have never heard her bark
10. She is doing better in her crate, but still isnt crazy about being crated for more than 3-4 hours
11. She is squawker trained
12. I have never seen her run, even in the backyard
13. She loves to have her nails clipped
14. Her foster family thinks she is pretty wonderful

Petsmart Trip

Hi, just wanted to post about my trip to Petsmart yesterday. We had so much fun. My foster family needed more dog food so they let me tag along. I sniffed around and found a yummy cow hoove to take home as my prize. I did so good in the store, the manager walked over and petted me and gave me a treat just for being in retirement. He was jealous because I got to retire much earlier than he will. I am having fun here, but I really want my forever home, so come check me out, you won't be disappointed. See ya later, Ale

What a greyt week!

Hey everybody, just wanted to check in and let you know how well I am doing. we just got back from a walk and my foster mama said I was just a joy. I get so many compliments from people telling me how beautiful I am, that makes me feel good, ya know!! I am very easy to handle and I mind all the rules here. I really love to be petted by kids and you should see how I smile and"roach". If you would like to meet me, ask Patty or Suzanne, and they can set up a meeting, but please bring me some yummy treats :)

Hey everybody, just wanted to say hello and let everyone know what a sweet girl I am. My foster family took me to the celebration on the Fourth and walked me around. I got alot of compliments and lots of attention. We came back home and the neighbors fireworks did not bother me a bit. I still have not had one accident in the house, however I do like to go potty really early in the morning, but I always go right back to bed. I am a very good eater and the food they give me is perfect for me. See ya later.

The Walk!

Hey everybody! Its day 3 here at the Stones, and they took lots of pictures of me yesterday, but they can't post them because their camera is dead. :( They will be posted as soon as possible! Anyways, yesterday, we went on my VERY FIRST WALK! It was so much fun. I saw a squirrel and perked up my ears, but since I'm SUCH a sweet girl, I did not pull on the leash and try to take after the squirrel. Ms. Stone simply tugged on my leash a bit, and I got right back on track! :) Ms. Stone also said that I did VERY well staying in the right area of the road, and that I did VERY well on the leash! :) I was very happy to hear this since it was my first walk I had ever been on.

Stolen Bone

Hey everybody! Today my foster family's hound had a bone in his kennel, and I didn't want to, but my will-power fell through, and I snatched the bone from his kennel. I carried it to the other side of the living room, and chewed it up!! It was Y-U-M-M-Y!!!! The Stones wanted me to tell you that I am a sweet girl, and that I do "greyt" with the 2 Stone kids, ages 4 and 12. Above are some NEW PICTURES that the Stones took of me. They drive me CRAZY chasing me around with the camera, haha! They also say that i have some spunk, but I am also a lazy bones! :)

A New Foster Home

Hello everyone! It's me, Ale Heavy Hand. Today has been a busy day for me, because a nice family called "The Stones" came to the kennel today and picked me up. They are my new foster family! I am so excited to be here! I have a new foster brother and sister to learn from, and I have already mastered the stairs and how to go out to potty. I have made myself at home here already, and they have a special bed for me to chill out on. :) They have told me that I have THE softest fur, and that I am such a good girl. They also said that I have a beautiful smile! I am tired now, and I am about to go to sleep on that comfy dog bed I told you about. I will check in with you later.
